Drilling required

Yes - bolt-on
  1. Prepare Mounting Points Insert the U-shaped hook through the pre-drilled hole from the top of your vehicle's roof. Position the washer and install the mounting bracket with the hole section facing inward toward the vehicle interior.
  2. Secure Mounting Bracket Tighten the large nut firmly to ensure there are no gaps between the bracket and roof surface. Each crossbar has two mounting points, totaling four positions using the same installation method.
  3. Waterproof Pre-Drilled Holes Once bracket installation is complete, cover all pre-drilled holes with waterproof tape to prevent water leakage into the vehicle.
  4. Install Mounting Straps Pass the mounting bracket through the strap, then thread the strap through the buckle to secure it. Adjust strap tension based on the size of your roof box.
  5. Position Crossbars Set crossbars at the front of the vehicle with approximately 27.6 inches spacing between them, suitable for most vehicles with wider front and narrower rear designs.
  6. Adjust Crossbar Alignment Unlock the crossbar mounting device, lift the noise-reducing panel, and loosen the two screws beneath it to extend and adjust the crossbar to the appropriate position.
  7. Secure Crossbar Grooves Align the crossbar grooves and press them tightly together, then re-tighten the screws to ensure a secure and stable fit.
  8. Install Noise-Reducing Strip Secure the two screws beneath the noise-reducing panel, align the cover and keyhole, then complete the crossbar installation.
