Features & Benefits

  • Forged Calipers: Lightweight forged aluminum alloy construction delivers superior strength and durability compared to standard cast components, ensuring consistent pressure without deformation.
  • High Thermal Resistance: High-carbon content rotors withstand temperatures up to 800°C, effectively preventing brake fade and warping during intense braking.
  • Reduced Noise & Vibration: Optimized ventilation design eliminates shaking and provides a quieter braking experience at high speeds.
  • Shorter Stopping Distances: Performance-tuned braking dynamics reduce 100km/h-0 stopping distance from ~40m to 33m-36m, significantly enhancing safety.
  • Steel Braided Lines: Minimal expansion delivers zero-lag pedal feedback and linear braking force for precise control.
  • Custom Caliper Colors: Choose from Red, Yellow, Silver, Black, or custom high-temperature resistant finishes to match your vehicle's style.
  • Rotor Pattern Options: Select Drilled, Slotted, or Hook designs based on your cooling and aesthetic preferences.
  • Anti-Corrosion Protection: Specialized surface treatment on rotor hubs and caliper brackets resists rust and oxidation in wet or salted road conditions.

Professional install required
  1. Prepare the Vehicle Lift the vehicle securely using a floor jack and stands. Remove wheels, factory calipers, pads, rotors, and rubber brake hoses. Ensure all components are safely supported.
  2. Clean the Hub Surface Wire brush the hub thoroughly to remove all rust and debris. The hub must be perfectly flat and rust-free to prevent rotor wobble and vibration during braking.
  3. Install Adapter Bracket Mount the forged aluminum adapter bracket to the steering knuckle. Apply thread locker (Loctite Blue) to all bolts and torque to factory specification using a calibrated torque wrench.
  4. Mount the Rotor Clean protective oil from the new rotor surface with brake cleaner. Position the rotor on the hub and secure temporarily with one lug nut to hold it in place.
  5. Install the Caliper Slide the forged caliper assembly over the rotor and align with the adapter bracket. Hand-tighten bolts first to ensure proper alignment, then use a torque wrench to tighten to specification.
  6. Connect Brake Lines Install the steel braided brake lines using the provided copper crush washers at connection points. Ensure all fittings are tight to prevent hydraulic leaks.
  7. Bleed the Brake System Flush old brake fluid and bleed the system to remove all air bubbles. Continue until the brake pedal feels firm and responsive with no sponginess.
  8. Perform Final Checks Reinstall wheels and verify 3-5mm clearance between caliper and rim. Torque wheel lug nuts to specification and test brake response before driving.
