Features & Benefits

  • 180° Swing-Out Access: Pull the quick-release lever and the box swings a full 180° over the tailgate for instant, arm's-reach access. Lifts straight off its hinges to double as a portable tool caddy at the campsite or job site.
  • Universal Bed-Wall Mount: Bolts to the flat inner bed wall of most mid-size utes and full-size trucks with a low-profile design that clears the wheel arch. Works alongside roller shutters, hard lids and soft tonneaus, and won't block your factory tie-down points.
  • 34kg Heavy-Duty Capacity: Built from high-impact, UV-stabilised ABS that shrugs off harsh sun without fading, cracking or rusting. Includes an adjustable interior tool tray and a top-lid organiser with built-in cup holders.
  • Double-Lock Security: The key-lockable lid protects your tools from theft, while a heavy-duty padlock loop on the hinge bracket stops opportunists lifting the whole unit out of your bed.
  • Weather & Dust Proof (IP66): A full-perimeter, automotive-grade rubber seal keeps recovery gear, tools and electronics bone-dry in heavy rain and dusty trail conditions.

  1. Mount the Hinge Bracket Position the main hinge bracket vertically against the inner truck bed wall near the tailgate corner, ensuring it clears any factory tie-down tracks or lights. Use the power drill and provided self-tapping hex screws to secure it firmly in place.
  2. Align the Striker Bracket Slide the toolbox container onto the hinge pins and swing it completely back into its stowed position against the wheel well. Mark the position where the latch mechanism meets the wall, remove the box, and secure the latch striker bracket with screws.
  3. Mount and Test the Box Lower the toolbox onto the hinge pins and pull the release lever to test the smooth 180-degree swing action. Push it back until it securely clicks into the latch position.
  4. Secure with Locks Install a padlock through the hinge hole to prevent theft and lock the lid with the provided key to complete installation.
