  1. Remove Factory Rubber Locate the existing rubber cover on the brake pedal and peel it off starting from one corner. The accelerator pedal typically has no removable cover, so the new cover fits directly over it.
  2. Soften the Rubber Soak the new pedal covers in warm water for 3–5 minutes to make the rubber backing more flexible and easier to stretch over the pedal edges.
  3. Install Accelerator Cover Slide the new cover onto the accelerator pedal from the bottom up, ensuring the side lips of the rubber backing fully wrap around the back of the metal pedal plate.
  4. Install Brake Cover Position the new brake pedal cover over the bare metal arm, hook the top edge first, then use your fingers or a dull flat-head screwdriver to pull the rubber tabs over the bottom and side edges.
  5. Check Seating Fit Give both pedals a firm shake and press them down several times to ensure there is no movement or play between the cover and the pedal.
  6. Inspect Edge Grip Run your finger around the back of each pedal to confirm that the rubber lip is securely gripping the pedal frame on all four sides.
  7. Test Before Driving Ensure your foot can move freely between the pedals without catching on the edges of the new covers before operating the vehicle.
