Features & Benefits

  • Precision GWM Cannon Fitment: Specifically engineered for the GWM Cannon's PCD and center bore, ensuring perfect hub-centric alignment and eliminating steering wheel vibrations common with generic aftermarket wheels.
  • Off-Road Load Rated Strength: Reinforced inner lip with high load rating exceeding 1000kg per wheel, providing maximum safety and structural integrity when fully loaded or tackling high-impact terrain.
  • Aggressive Wide-Track Stance: Optimized offset designed to fill the Cannon's wheel arches, delivering a wider, more stable footprint for improved cornering and off-road stability without wheel spacers.
  • Anti-Bead Slip Inner Rim: Specialized knurling and contouring reduces tire bead slippage, allowing safe lower tire pressure operation for maximum traction in sand and mud.
  • Extreme Climate Finish: Multi-stage powder coat with salt-spray and UV resistance, engineered to withstand harsh Australian coastal environments and high-temperature brake dust without peeling.

Installation Guide

Drilling required
No - bolt-on
Warranty
Yes - bolt-on
  1. Prepare the Vehicle Park on a level surface, engage the handbrake, and chock the wheels. Loosen the lug nuts slightly while the vehicle is still on the ground.
  2. Lift Safely Raise the vehicle using a high-lift jack or trolley jack at the factory-designated jacking points. Secure with jack stands before removing the wheels.
  3. Clean Hub Assembly Use a wire brush to clean any rust or debris from the vehicle's hub assembly. A clean mating surface is critical for preventing wheel vibration and ensuring a secure fit.
  4. Perform Dry Fitment Check Place the new wheel onto the hub without tires to ensure it clears the brake calipers and suspension components throughout the full steering range.
  5. Mount the Wheel Position the wheel onto the hub and hand-tighten the lug nuts in a star pattern to ensure the wheel seats evenly against the hub surface.
  6. Torque to Specification Lower the vehicle until tires touch the ground. Use a calibrated torque wrench to tighten lug nuts to manufacturer specification (typically 120-140 Nm for GWM Cannon) in a star pattern.
  7. Re-Torque After Break-In After driving approximately 50-100 km, use a torque wrench to re-check all lug nuts. New wheels and nuts settle, making this step vital for long-term safety.
