          1. Prepare the Roof Ensure the vehicle roof is clean, dry, and parked on a level surface before beginning installation.
          2. Locate Mounting Points — Identify the factory roof rail covers or plastic trim on your vehicle (GWM Cannon, Ford Ranger, or your confirmed model). Carefully remove the protective caps using a non-marring trim tool to expose the pre-threaded factory mounting holes.
          3. Assemble Brackets Attach the mounting feet and brackets to the crossbars using the provided T-bolts, leaving them slightly loose for lateral adjustment during fitting.
          4. Apply Weather Sealing Place the provided rubber gaskets or apply a small amount of neutral-cure silicone sealant around the factory holes to ensure a watertight seal.
          5. Position the Rack Carefully lift the roof rack bars onto the roof and align the bracket holes with the factory threaded holes.
          6. Secure Hardware Insert the M8 bolts with washers through the brackets and into the factory holes, hand-tightening all bolts first to ensure proper threading.
          7. Align and Tighten Center the bars across the roof, then use the included Allen key or torque wrench to tighten all bolts to 8-10Nm. Do not over-tighten.
          8. Install End Caps Slide the aerodynamic end caps onto the bars and lock them using the provided keys to prevent theft.
          9. Final Safety Check Give the rack a firm shake to ensure no movement, and re-check bolt tightness after the first 50km of driving.
