Features & Benefits

  • Heavy-Duty Carbon Steel Construction: Built from structural carbon steel rather than cosmetic ABS or thin-walled aluminum, delivering genuine structural reinforcement and superior impact protection for off-road adventures.
  • Integrated Multi-Functional Mounting System: Features pre-drilled mounting points for LED light bars, rear-facing spotlights, high-lift jacks, and recovery boards, transforming your bed into a versatile overlanding hub.
  • Modular Bolt-On Design: Engineered for easier shipping and component replacement, offering lower total cost of ownership compared to fixed-frame competitors while maintaining structural integrity.
  • Tonneau & Roller Shutter Compatible: Raised base-plate design works seamlessly with manual and electric roller shutters or tri-fold covers, eliminating the need to choose between style and security.
  • Advanced Anti-Corrosion Coating: Electrophoretic primer and matte black powder coat provide exceptional resistance to salt spray and UV fading, built to withstand harsh coastal and desert environments.
  • Factory-Plus Aesthetics: Designed specifically for the GWM Cannon's proportions, delivering a muscular wide-body silhouette that complements the vehicle's cabin contour.

Yes - bolt-on
  1. Unpack and Pre-Assemble Lay all components on a soft surface and assemble the main side-supports and cross-members using the provided high-tensile bolts, keeping them finger-tight for minor adjustments.
  2. Protect Bed Rails Apply masking tape to the top edges of the truck bed rails where the roll bar will sit to prevent scratches during positioning.
  3. Position the Roll Bar With an assistant, lift the assembled roll bar onto the bed rails, slide it toward the cab, and ensure it is centered with sufficient clearance from the rear cabin glass.
  4. Secure Mounting Points For non-drill clips, use heavy-duty clamps to secure base plates to the bed rail inner lip. For bolt-through installation, mark hole locations, drill with anti-rust primer treatment, then secure with backing plates and bolts.
  5. Align and Torque Once positioned perfectly, tighten all assembly bolts and mounting bolts to the recommended torque specifications.
  6. Route Accessory Wiring If installing LED lights, route cables through the hollow tubes for a clean professional look, then connect to your vehicle's auxiliary power.
